Spencer Die Casting Company (SDC) sold the business and equipment to Kinetic Die Casting company, August 2006

Tom Jordan of Spencer Die Casting sold all the assets and goodwill to Kinetic Die Casting in August 2006. Customers of Spencer Die Casting were notified that SDC could no longer continue operations earlier this year. Kinetic Die Casting 818-982-9200 is continuing operations for Spencer Die Casting and will stay in touch with current and prior Spencer Die Casting customers. The prior location is no longer in use.

In May 2006, Spencer Die Casting was given notice that their lease was not going to be renewed and they needed to move out after 35 years in one location. Tom could not move Spencer Die Casting and serve his customers, so Tom sold the assets and goodwill of Spencer Die Casting to Kinetic Die Casting.

Since the last week of June 2006, Kinetic Die Casting has had possesion of the equipment and dies from Spencer Die Casting here in our North Hollywood location. Since July 7th 2006, Spencer Die Casting Company’s top employee has been working for Kinetic Die Casting.
