Kinetic Die Casting is looking for a quality inspector who will inspect and ensure quality die
casting parts. Die casting parts and die casting tooling inspection experience is helpful. Use of electronic files for
print reading is also helpful. Maintains quality standards by auditing incoming materials, in-process production,
and finished product inspection, All inspections are Visual and Mechanical.
Duties:
- Maintain company quality work requirements by Inspecting die casting production.
- Inspects incoming materials by specifications.
- Conduct visual and measurement inspections of production materials.
- Approves in-process production and communication of required adjustments to production supervisors.
- Approves finished products by final inspection to specifications.
- Documents inspection results by completing reports.
- Communication with customers when problems arise.
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
- Preforms complete first article inspection and final inspection to customer blue prints.
