Kinetic Die Casting Company
Kinetic Die Casting Company (KDC) was established in 1994 near Los Angeles, California at the current location in North Hollywood, California. Kinetic Die Casting Company is an
American Jobshop Aluminum Die Casting Company. A jobshop aluminum die casting company produces aluminum die casting parts for OEM's (Original Equipment Manufacturers) for their products.
A Die Casting Company uses a process in which molten aluminum is injected with a die casting machine under force using considerable pressure into a steel die casting mold or die casting
die to produce aluminum die casting parts.
Die Casting, A Description of the Die Casting Process - Die casting is a manufacturing process in which molten metal is injected, under considerable pressure, into a hardened steel die or
also called die casting mold. Dies are often water-cooled. The die is then opened, and the die casting parts are ejected (many times thousands of die casting parts each day, sometimes only a
few hundred die casting parts). Once the die casting tooling is paid for, die casting parts are a very inexpensive aluminum part manufacturing process. Kinetic Die Casting Company produces parts
for many customer types, trying to stay as diverse as possible to prevent any one market segment from effecting the production and sales.
Kinetic Die Casting Company assists manufacturers who require aluminum die cast parts. These industries include: Automotive, Appliance, Communications, Small engines, Garden, Housing,
Transportation, Military, Aerospace, Lighting and Aircraft.

History of Kinetic Die Casting Company, Inc.
Diecasting process is simply injecting molten metal under high pressure into a steel mold. This die casting mold is called a die or die casting tool or tooling. The sizes of the die casting
machines range from 40 tons to 4000 tons. Aside from their size, the only difference in diecasting machines is the method used in injecting molten metal. These methods are the hot chamber
and the cold chamber. There are four basic functions in die casting. They hold molten metal according to the desired shape of casting; they provide a way for the molten metal to go to the
space where it will attain its desired shape. They remove the heat from the molten metal and then allow the metal to solidify. They also make way for the removal of the casting.
