Kinetic Die Casting makes aluminum die casting parts for many industries. We specialize in, what is known as, "low production quantity die casting parts", we prefer production delivery quantities less than 5,000 parts. We frequently produce less than 1,000 parts in a run, many times less than 500 parts and sometimes less than 100 parts in a production run.

Aluminum Die Casting is a manufacturing process in which molten Aluminum metal alloy is injected, under pressure, into a hardened steel die or also called mold. Die Casting Dies are often water-cooled. Dies are then opened, and the die castings are ejected (many times thousands of parts each day, sometimes only a few hundred). Once the tooling is paid for, low quantity die casting is a very inexpensive aluminum part manufacturing process.
